We set lines at about 6am and pulled lines at about 1 pm. Fishing was good but was not fast and furious by any means. The hole in the wall and the second light and a 100 yards or so north east of the light was the most productive water for us. We ended up 23 for about 33. Boards with flat lines did best with thin fish and jointed j-11s. I can’t say there was a color patters either took as many off red and black squiggles as I did yellow and greens. Keel sinkers in 5/8 and 1/2 oz did better later in the morning. I ran my baites back any where from 45 feet to 30 feet behind the boards. My picture will only show 22 fish. As we were transferring fish from the livewell to the cooler at the docks my crew mate dropped one and it was the only one that was still alive and it swam away lol. There was no water in the livewell either it was supprising and funny at the same time. That little duck lived to see another day lol. My best speed was 2.6 to 2.8 but took fish from 2.2 to 3.0 I’m finding with the bigger boat speed control is much more difficult to maintain.

Good work bill! That is hilarious about the one that got away, amazing. Bigger boats are alot harder to hit that same level of detail in speed.

Great job Bill and it was nice to get to fish out there with you and see you at the cleaning station. I appreciate the info on the speed as well since it seemed they were moving a little fast yesterday than we thought.

I have not had it out in any waves of size to really test it out but so far in 1.5s it rides like a dream.
