I've fished one of those "skiffs" in Jamaica but I didn't go through the hotel. Just flagged one down and negotiated with the captain. He wanted $150, I talked him down to $75 and I gave the mate $25. Didn't get any gonja at that price, I saved each of them a beer as we crossed the reef on the way in. When I handed the mate his tip he broke into a big grin and said, "It gonna get drunk out tonight, mon!"
