Launched at portage which had fresh snow and was quite slippery. Wanted to fish with the spinning rods for coho, browns, and Lakers. Ended up fishing around the mouth of the ditch and the best action was the clean water right off the mud line. Caught 2 coho and 1 brown there. Then I headed out deeper and jigged up a couple decent lakers. Good crowd of shore fishermen, several other boats and kayakers all enjoying a morning of fishing!
