Got out with my son, a buddy and his daughter today. Had wonderful day on the water and some good time on the beach after. Started the day landing a double with the two kids fighting the fish, one a steelhead and one a nice coho. Ended the day with five coho, one steelhead, and a 12-14# king landed. Missed another steelhead at the net as well as a coho. Thinfish, hotntots, and thundersticks produced. King came on moonshine wonder bread uv spoon on a wire diver. All fish caught in 15-25 fow not too far from the piers. Ran one dodger/fly that didn't get touched.

Nice job and thanks for the report. I was out Monday night 7:30-9, fished the exact same water and didn't get a bite. I am noticing this year the morning bite has been way better than evening.
