Launched at 7am and set lines as soon as I left the pierhead. Ran a flat, 2 and 5lc inshore and 5,7,10lc out deeper as well as 2 riggers and a dipsy. All jplugs were out but for a moonshine flasher/fly on the dipsy. 
Just dropped the dipsy from 55 to 70 out north of the #4 and it got hit. From the initial strike i figured it a small drum and "popped the dipsy", that's when the rod came alive. Screamed out near 100' before my daughter could get on the rod! After she came aboard I got her on the scale at 18lbs.

 

Had nothing else happen the rest of the morning, still a lot of fun though! Done by 11, beautiful morning on the water.
