The 2019 Chinooks are returning home and some of the healthiest fish I've seen.   Warm water top to bottom hasn't changed a thing but the color of the fish.  Fish at the beginning of the week moslty silver turning brown in the warm water by Thursday.    First solid fish over 30 ever boated Thursday evening.  Adipose clipped fish in the 20 lb + size range. Fish with adipose fins from 2020 stocking coming in weighing in the mid-teens.  Chrome FF working the best using green flies.

My boy and I fished MC pier Sat am. Only a couple other guys out there, but no good for anybody. A fleet of boats were trolling just past the break wall, so the fish must be staging out there. Looking forward to hearing the report.

Monday morning. Two of us, 6 rods, done at 11:00 am.  Flasher and flies worked the best on 9 and 10 color leads.  Couple of bonus steelhead but no Coho.

Fished MC this morning solo from 6:30 to 9:30. Lots of boats out front as expected but seemed like everyone worked together pretty well. Sounded like a lot of people catching fish on the radio. Ended up 1/1 with a 22 to 23 lb king, which makes any day good. F/F 43’ down on a DR. Thanks again for all the info StormJunkie! Greatly appreciated.

Similar morning for us.  Picked up a 18# King at sun up on a glow plug down 40 in 58 FOW.  Also picked up 3 nice goos.  Would have liked another King but the Drum definitely kept us busy!!
