Thanks for posting this.

How do you typically prepare the brown trout? 

I've been throwing all mine back as they've never tasted good to me, but maybe I'm just cooking them wrong.

I treat these smaller ones just like coho. I agree with you on the larger ones, but I see really no difference on the smaller browns.
