Got a late start, between brother sleeping in and us forgetting the net we didn't set first line till 8:30. Trolled 55-80' and went 4-5 and 2 fly-bys. all hits were on dotted spoons with best being a mix veg with dots took 2 5 min apart of each other.

Also late start, the DNR ramp near Tackel have is closed so went to the St Joe City ramp, which is about 20 times nicer and a fish cleaning station, who knew? Anyways it's worth the 7$ even though I pre purchased an out of state DNR launch certificate. 
There was Tackel haven tournament today , but by the time we hit the water the boats were spread out. Went 15 of about 20 hits. from 60-120 for. All but one on boards, our DR and Dipsy were silent. Best rods on this sunny day were 150 copper, a full core, 250 and 300 copper. mixed bag of spoons, SS to mag, the bait in the fish were mag see alewifes. Included were 3  2 lb steelies on the 150 copper and a slide diver. The super slims took them. A fuzzy bear on the full core, Surface temp was 52, probe at 55 deep was 48, strong current going we had to hit 3.4 heading NNW to get probe speed of 2.2.
