Went out this morning out of pastrick. There were a crap load of boats out along the inland wall so we want around and trolled the wall around the corner and to the ship channel but did not have a bump, didn't see a fish and no one was getting hits from what we could see and radio chatter. So we decided to troll out to the Gong (by the way do they take the gong out of the water during the winter - because I had the GPS marker and it was not there). Got one Coho a little south of the gong and that was it. Did find that two of our King lures had gotten tangled and didn't notice for most of the morning so that was crappy. The coho hit on a planar with 5/8 Keel and thin fish. In the boat the hook of the lure was hung up in the net and the crazy coho was so wild it actually snapped the back of the Thin fish off (not the hook (that bent) but the back side of the lure snapped off). Then went over towards the wreck until we decided to pull lines at about 1:30.

Got out this AM and was the same for us. Stayed near the Port with a pretty good pack with nothing to show. To wrap thing up we slipped out about 2 miles North away from the pack and started to troll back in, had some beverages and not worry about our spread. Picked up one at about 11 AM. Wondering if we should have got there earlier or spend some more time but was happy to get rid of the skunk and kept heading in.
