There is a water pressure activated fish delivery devise available for free. You can safely return deep water fish to the bottom quickly for them to recover from the bends. Visit the website: www.OceanEd.org. If you choose you can make a donation to the non-profit organization also for the devise. There are video instructions on the devise at the website. Look up the request devises tab at the top of page.
