I can’t fish today and my trip up Wednesday was a bust except for the two goo that was caught at sun up. So taking advantage of a 70 plus degree day and I am making pulled pork sandwiches on the new Pit Boss pellet grill. Got my cold drinks and my Harman Kardon cranking out some tunes to help the cook along. Here’s a couple of pics. Sandwiches will be ready at 6 pm. Anyone hungry? Come on down and get you some!

I had been using a gas fired smoker and the Pit Boss uses wood. Has a richer more smoky taste. My Searunner 190, "Four "D's" and a "C". Retirement money well spent.

You need to make it a week earlier if you can. I will be in Austin for my son David’s graduation ceremony from St. Augustine’s Graduate School of Physical Therapy. Still anytime you know you will be around do call. I would like to have the company.
