We had better weather in January and February when you'd expect North winds for 2 straight weeks.

A friend was gone for 3 weeks and weather wasn't to bad. Now that same friend is back and all this bad weather. How does this happen??????? Who did you piss off?????? Please do a change the weather dance, or song!!!!!!
