Tried to pin this to Capt. Mike's recent BoatUS towing deal. Couldn't find it. Take a look at this article I wrote before you decide to take the chance and not buy towing and roadside assistance from BoatUS or another insurance carrier.

Best investment you can make all year. Funny how many people think their boat insurance will cover everything. I tell them to read the policy and buy BoatUS.

Thanks for posting that article. The unlimited trailer assist is a great option!
I was towing my boat to The UP for a family vacation when I blew a wheel bearing. BoatUS sent a local flat bed which towed my trailer to the house we were renting. It was 65 miles away.
