Hope your vinyl floor works out for you. If I'd noticed this thread earlier, I'd have suggested a product called Safe Floor which is similar to what an all-weather track or indoor running track is like. I put it in my boat four or five years ago and it's still like new!

Whomever is putting new bunks on their trailer. Remember, the kind of treated lumber available these days is not compatible with regular steel. It'll rust it out rapidly. I re-did mine a few years ago. I bought large stainless Steel washers to use as spacers between the treated wood and supports. I used stainless steel lag bolts to fasten them down and bought copper roofing nails to tack the new carpet on the bunks. So far, so good.

Happy holidays everyone! Made a little progress this weekend. Made a new center section and put som drains in the floor. Only one more piece to make and then trim around the perimeter. This has become a bigger job than I expected, but I think it will be nice in the end.

Oh, in case any of you are wondering what the bracket is on the center section it is for the ski pylon. Gotta keep the family (kids) happy too.

The vinyl is done and I placed an order today for some angle aluminum to use for trim. Final piece was the battery / storage door and it came out nice. I plan on getting the trim done over Christmas and it will be ready to go early this year.

Final floor pictures with the aluminum trim installed. This project is done! Rebuilding the captains chair seat base and it's ready to go fishing. Let's hope 2016 is a good one on the big pond. Thanks for all of the kind replies and happy holidays!
