I recently aquired a new to me boat . On the gunwales there is a track , on both sides . I'm looking for info on ID / Brand of this style track . I would like to get some mounting hardware that fits . 1 pic shows , what appears to be 3 pcs of the track , bolted together at the end .   ANY INFO would be GREAT ..

These are called "T-slot" extrusions and they are modular framing used to build walls and such. You can buy them at Grainger Industrial, Home Depot, etc. Also readily available online

These are the actual fasteners. You can order on Amazon, Ebay or wherever you prefer. Look for T slot nuts and bolts.
