Just got back from Louisville to attend the their boat show. It was my first trip there and it was okay. Not nearly what I had expected. The boat/RV show was a separate fee to see from the hunting show. To see both was 24 dollars. There were not really a lot of boats there. Most were pleasure/sport boats that are cool to see and real expensive to buy. The majority of the fishing rigs were bass boats both metal and glass. I did see a small center console bay boat that was neat. There was another CC boat, a Boston Whaler, that would have made a good salmon boat.

February 19-28 the Indy show happens and it is something to see. You can see the whole show for 12 bucks and be there for a couple of days to see it all. It is a much bigger program. Everything from girls in bikinis to salmon fishing guides will be there. Got some time then? Check it out, you will be back!
