There are no HP restrictions there. The public ramp is in the back of a narrow channel. It can be a little sketchy getting through when the water is low, but doable. Just take it slow. I've got a 20ft lund and have done it several times. There is also a nice ramp at the fairgrounds, but it requires a season pass for $75.

There is some nice structure around the lake and I've always down well fishing the weed edges.
