I hear they come in the ditch this time of the year. I did pretty well in during the spring coho run when I couldn’t make it out on the lake. It was definitely a nice surprise it was about twice the weight of any other ones I caught

Most likely, in 2015 nobody submitted a muskie for fish of the year

In general, there is not great awareness of the program, and/or people don't want to submit a fish they caught

Unfortunately I didn’t measure it. I feel like it was 10 or 12 lbs. but that’s a guess
