Sorry but haven’t seen any reports on Portage or EC I know the tournament was today... was wondering if it’s any good at either place thanks

Seems to be pretty decent up and down the lakefront from EC to Portage. Just posted up a report from today.

Made it out of EC this morning at 7:30. Had our 10 fish limit around 10:30 with fish hitting on all of our baits:

Red Artie thinfish with 1/2 oz keel weight 45 ft behind a yellow bird

Red demon #7 flicker shad 45 ft behind a yellow bird

Purple/yellow/white #7 flicker shad 100 ft on a flat line

Purple/white hot n tot 85 ft on a flat line

Orange Jointed Rapala 13 ft down and 20 ft back on downrigger

Red/black/purple spoon 23 ft down and 15 ft back on a down rigger

Also had a chartreuse spoon on a slider with the spoon that was 23 ft down

I know other guys limited out faster but we had a good time on the water. Traveled at around 2.7 mph from the first light to the shoals and did the best out there and around the 2nd light.
