Left Portage at 6:30 and headed for the state line. Trolled East to West a few times, no marks, no bait so headed back towards portage chasing divers/seagulls and Mylar balloons. One nice steelhead hit on a Dipsey pulling an orange jointed Rapala. Final count: 1 12# Steelhead and four balloons. I think I need to break down and get my MI license so I can get out deep!
